- How do I care for my linens?
Madly Wish linens are machine washable on your preferred cycle. We recommend a medium heat setting for the dryer.
- Will colors match if purchased at different times?
Madly Wish linens are plant-dyed. Slight variations of the same color may result if purchases are made at different times. Patterned linens are yarn dyed using linen threads that are dyed separately before being woven. This allows for a large variety of patterns and designs that stand out from the base fabric color.
We make every attempt to match patterns that are purchased at separate times to allow consistency for your personal MW collection. We'd love to hear from you if you have a special request or would like to confirm a color or pattern before reordering.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
We believe in slow fashion. Our collection is made to order by talented seamstresses located within the United State. All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 weeks of the order date, unless otherwise stated.
- How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped via USPS unless another provider is chosen during checkout.
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
International customers are responsible for all custom duties, taxes, and fees.
- Do you accept returns?
You may return any items within 7 days of purchase, as long as it is unwashed, and in the original packaging.
- Do you offer free returns?
Shipping costs on returns are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the return is a result of an error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

- What is your refund policy?
If applicable, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you within 5-7 business days that we have received your returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- How long do I have to use my promotional code?
If you have received a promo code, the code is valid for 30 days from date of issue. Promotional codes are not transferable or redeemable for prior purchases. Codes cannot be combined with other discounts.
Codes cannot be redeemed after the 30 days have expired.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and AfterPay.
- What is AfterPay?
Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest. This payment option is only available for customers in the US.

VIEW ORDERS + MAKE PAYMENTS ANYTIME
After your order is processed by the store, you can log in to your account to view your orders, make payments and manage account details. If funds are not available at the time the automatic payment is due, you will be charged an $8 late payment fee by Afterpay. An additional $8 fee will be charged if the missed payment is not made within 7 days. Late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order. Please see Afterpay Payment Purchase Agreement here.
All items purchased with Afterpay will fall within our standard shipping time frames.
UNAVAILABLE ITEMS WITH AFTERPAY
All items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Afterpay. Afterpay is not available on purchases of e-Gift cards. If your order contains gift cards and other eligible products, you will need to purchase your gift cards separately.
Afterpay returns will follow our standard process. Refunds for Afterpay will be refunded from Madly Wish to Afterpay. We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund.
